Coconut & Raspberry Tart

Our own twist on a BAKEWELL TART…. our COCONUT and RASPBERRY TART has a sweet pastry crust spread with a generous layer of raspberry jam then filled with a coconut ‘frangipane’, baked until golden and topped with a coconut glaze and more toasted coconut!
