Coconut Snowball Cake

Our seasonal COCONUT SNOWBALL CAKE is two layers of dense, moist sponge cake packed with organic desiccated coconut, sandwiched and topped with a coconut flavoured buttercream icing and finished with a sprinkling of desiccated coconut and sugar pearl ‘snowballs’ and handmade shimmering edible snowflakes.
