A celebration cake for a milestone birthday! A four layer CHOCOLATE BEETROOT CAKE, sandwiched with milk chocolate ganache, covered in chocolate buttercream icing, then robed in fondant and finished with hand made fondant lettering, plaque and flowers and a caricature of the birthday girl.
