Strawberry & Rhubarb Layer Cake

Our seasonal STRAWBERRY & RHUBARB LAYER CAKE is two layers of moist sponge cake packed with juicy strawberries and tart rhubarb then sandwiched, covered and piped with a rich strawberry and vanilla buttercream icing and finished with lashings of strawberry jam. Also available gluten free and/ or dairy free.
